The rewards area shows points and tasks in the mobile app. Use the task details and displayed progress to see what is recorded for your account.
Before you start
Open the rewards programme offered in your account and review its current conditions.
Steps
- Open Rewards from Home or Settings.
- Read Bubu points, Lifetime, and This week as separate totals.
- Under Complete to earn points, open or review the activity you want to complete and its displayed point amount.
- After the activity, inspect Completed tasks for its recorded result. Tasks can include funding an account and making a first payment.
- If no activity has been recorded, the page shows No completed tasks yet. Compare the activity with its underlying transaction before contacting support.
Expected result
You can inspect recorded earnings or completed tasks, including an empty state when none are recorded. Underlying activity and award conditions remain separate checks.
If something does not work
- If an activity is not marked complete, check the task requirements and the underlying transaction status.
- If points still appear incorrect, contact support with the task name and relevant transaction reference.
