Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Chats brings together personal conversations, Support, Concierge and B1. Payment cards appear alongside messages, while sending money uses a separate review step.
Before you start
Select the intended conversation or assistance channel before typing or reviewing a payment request.
Steps
- Open Chats from the bottom navigation. Choose B1, Support or Concierge at the top, or open a conversation from the list. Search helps you locate a conversation.
- Read the conversation and enter a reply in the message field. Use the send arrow to send text.
- To dictate a message, use the microphone. While speech is being captured, the composer shows a waveform, Cancel and a checkmark. Review the resulting text before sending it.
- The personal-chat composer also offers Request, Transfer, Swap and More. Choose Transfer to enter the amount and continue to its separate review screen.
- Read the label on a payment card. An incoming amount, an outgoing Transfer and a Payment request are different entries. Verify the amount, person and purpose before taking payment action.
- For help with a payment, check the transaction record and open Support from Chats.
Expected result
Your message or request is handled within the selected conversation. Confirm a payment’s outcome from its transaction record separately.
If something does not work
- A typed message saying that money was sent does not confirm a transfer. Check the transaction record.
- If dictated text is wrong, correct it before sending or use Cancel while recording.
- If an unexpected payment request arrives, verify it before paying. Never share security codes or wallet recovery information in chat.
