Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
B1 is an assistant conversation for questions about account activity. You can type or speak a request. If a request leads to a transfer, review and authorize that transfer separately.
Before you start
Select the intended account and identify the question or payment details you want to discuss with B1.
Steps
- Open Chats and choose B1, or use the floating B1 icon on Home.
- Type a question or choose a suggestion such as How is my spending this month? The start screen also offers a quarterly-income question, Analyse my docs and More.
- Read the response. A spending summary can explain the total, comparison with average spending, changes by category, recurring bills and progress toward a savings goal. Check the account records when you need to confirm a figure.
- To speak, use the voice control. Cancel is available while voice capture is active. Check that the transcript says what you intended.
- Use the conversation icon to return to B1 topics. The list shows named conversations, timestamps and unread counts; the minimized bar keeps the current conversation accessible while you return to Home.
- If you ask B1 to prepare a transfer, answer its follow-up questions about the payment method and account. Check Transfer to Bubu user when paying a Buburuza contact.
- On the separate Review screen, check Rail, From, To, Amount and the displayed arrival estimate. Swipe Send only when you want to authorize the transfer.
- Check the resulting transaction state in your account. Use Support if the request or payment needs help.
Expected result
Review B1’s response or prepared details and verify relevant figures or payment status in the account records before acting.
If something does not work
- A request in the conversation does not mean a transfer has been made. Review the separate authorization screen and check the transaction afterward.
- If a recipient, rail, account or amount is wrong, correct the request before authorizing it.
- Do not enter passwords, verification codes, wallet recovery information or private keys into B1.
- If an answer does not resolve an account problem, use Support.
