Where to use this guide: Buburuza web account.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
The desktop B1 layout supports a floating conversation, a minimized header and a docked side panel. You can type or speak a question and return to the current conversation.
Before you start
Use this guide when your web account offers the floating or docked B1 panel. Keep the relevant account records available to check any figures in its response.
Steps
- Choose the floating B1 icon on Home. Select a suggested prompt or open B1 chat.
- Enter your question in Enter message. Suggestions include monthly spending, quarterly net income, Analyse my docs and More.
- Use the microphone or voice control to speak. Check the provisional text and choose Cancel if you want to stop the visible recording state.
- Read the response and compare financial figures with the corresponding account records.
- Use the minimize control to fold the conversation to its header. The floating panel can be moved away from its side dock or expanded into the full right panel.
- Use the conversation controls to resume it, or X to close the panel.
What to expect
You should be able to read and reopen the B1 conversation in the offered panel. Verify any financial answer against the account records; an assistant response does not authorize a payment.
If something does not work
- An answer or spoken transfer request does not establish that a payment was submitted.
- Choosing Analyse my docs or an alert suggestion starts a request. Check the response or saved alert before treating the task as complete.
- If a request involves a payment, review and authorize it through the payment flow actually offered.
