The referral area separates sharing your code from reviewing invitations and credited earnings. Use the level summaries and invitation history shown in your account.
Before you start
Read the referral programme conditions shown to your account before joining or sharing a code.
Steps
- Open Referrals or Invite a friend. If an introduction appears, read it and any programme conditions, then use Next and Join only if you want to participate. Review Total earnings and the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 summaries when shown.
- Choose Share or Share code to open Your referral code. Use Copy or Copy code to copy your own code, or use Share. If Choose a contact is offered, select only the intended person.
- Use QR code when you want to show the referral QR view; check the displayed profile and use Share if needed.
- Open a level’s detail page to review Total invited, Total earned and earnings attributed to individual invitees.
- Open Invites history and choose All Levels, Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 to filter the activity.
- Use How referrals work to read the programme structure, and review the currently applicable conditions before expecting a reward.
Expected result
The code can be copied or shared, and invitation history can be inspected. Rewards remain subject to the applicable programme conditions.
If something does not work
- A shared code or QR image is not proof that an invitation has qualified for a reward.
- Invited counts, per-person earnings and total earnings are different measures. Check the selected level and history filter.
- Use the current programme terms for eligibility, qualification, rates and payout. Do not calculate an entitlement from a promotional example.
