Where to use this guide: Buburuza web account.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
The crypto receiving panel separates an on-chain deposit from a purchase funded by a card or Apple Pay.
Before you start
Select the intended destination wallet, asset and network. A card-funded purchase and an on-chain deposit are separate methods.
Steps
- Open the crypto receiving panel and search for the intended asset.
- For an on-chain deposit, choose the asset’s On-Chain Deposit route. Confirm the asset/network and address warning, then Copy or Share the address or QR code. Set amount is optional.
- For a card purchase, select a recently used card or New card. Enter card number, expiry and CVV, choose whether to save it for future topups, then Continue.
- For card or Apple Pay funding, enter the amount and review its token or fiat unit and quoted equivalent. Zero amounts leave Continue disabled.
- Continue to the actual provider flow, then check the resulting account transaction for the outcome.
What to expect
For an on-chain deposit, verify receipt in the intended wallet’s transaction record. For a card or Apple Pay purchase, check the resulting account transaction; an address or provider screen is not settlement.
If something does not work
- If you select Binance, read the connection and transfer requirements before proceeding.
- If PayPal, Revolut Pay, Paysafe card or Skrill is marked Coming soon, it is not available through that chooser. Select an available method instead.
- Complete any Apple Pay or payment-provider authorization and then check the transaction in Buburuza. Opening a provider screen does not confirm settlement.
- If payment confirmation is interrupted, check the existing payment and purchase record before trying again. Contact Buburuza Support with the reference and any error message if the outcome remains unclear; do not send full card details or authorize another payment while the first outcome is unknown.
Still need help?
Contact Buburuza Support with the affected transaction or purchase reference, current status and error message. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing record before trying again. Never include full card details, passwords or verification codes.
