Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
Choose the destination account and funding method, enter an amount, then continue to the actual payment provider.
Before you start
Select the destination currency account and an offered funding method. Check any amount, fee and authorization requirements before confirming.
Steps
- Open Receive from Bank Home, choose Fiat and the currency you want to add money to.
- Choose Apple Pay or Debit card from Choose method.
- For a card, choose a recently used masked card or New card. A new card asks for Card number, Expiration date (MM/YY) and CVV.
- Choose whether to enable Save this card for future topups, then choose Continue when the form is complete.
- Enter the amount using the keypad or an offered preset. Check the destination currency and payment method.
- Choose Continue when enabled and follow the payment-provider instructions shown in the app.
- Check the actual transaction and balance for the outcome before starting another top-up.
What to expect
Check the actual top-up transaction and destination balance after provider authorization. Reaching a payment-provider screen alone does not confirm a successful top-up.
If something does not work
- Continue is disabled for zero amounts and incomplete new-card details.
- The saved-card list has X remove controls; check that you are selecting the intended card.
- Reaching a payment-provider screen does not prove a top-up succeeded.
- If payment confirmation is interrupted, check the existing payment and purchase record before trying again. Contact Buburuza Support with the reference and any error message if the outcome remains unclear; do not send full card details or authorize another payment while the first outcome is unknown.
Still need help?
Contact Buburuza Support with the affected transaction or purchase reference, current status and error message. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing record before trying again. Never include full card details, passwords or verification codes.
