Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app and web account; follow the platform labels in the steps.
Choose the funding account, outgoing asset and network, and recipient separately. Use one funding account or the multiple-account option when it is offered on mobile; the web flow has its own payment review.
Before you start
Confirm the outgoing asset and network, the recipient address and the funding source before entering the amount.
Steps
- On mobile, open Payments and choose Send crypto. On the web, open Send and select the crypto transfer route.
- For the mobile Sending from picker, choose one fiat or crypto source, or use Select many for several accounts. Use Search and expand the wallet groups to identify the asset and network.
- Check In this currency separately from Sending from. Select the outgoing asset and its network; the same token may appear on more than one network.
- Enter the amount and review the displayed equivalent and available balance. In To, enter or paste the recipient address, ENS or Space ID supported by this mobile field.
- Check the resolved destination shown. The Empty wallet descriptor does not prove that the intended person controls the address.
- For multiple funding accounts, review their priority and the Deduction method: In order or Split evenly. Check the displayed balances and allocation before choosing Continue.
- On mobile review, check From, To, Amount, Pay fee with, and the displayed timing/fee choices. Use the Send slider only when all details match.
- On the web, review the recipient/address, source account, network, amount and quoted fee shown in its confirmation flow before confirming.
- On the mobile result, use Check details or Track to inspect the payment. Attach, Receipt, Internal note and Copy link are separate record actions; the internal note is described as visible only to you.
Expected result
The payment result offers its details or tracking record. Use that record to check status; an action on the record is separate from sending another payment.
If something does not work
- A completed amount with a missing destination leaves Continue disabled in the mobile app.
- The funding account’s asset and the outgoing asset/network may differ. Check both rather than relying on the source wallet name.
- A success record and a transaction’s downstream receipt or account-posting state are separate. Use the transaction details when checking completion.
- Do not retry solely because receipt is unclear. Inspect the existing transaction result and reference first; if submission or debit remains uncertain, contact support before sending again.
- Never send a secret phrase, private key or authentication code to support.
