Use the transfer or withdrawal option available for your account in the Buburuza app. Available methods, currencies and requirements can differ by service.
Before you confirm
- Select the account or wallet and the available transfer method.
- Enter the recipient information requested by the app. Check it carefully with the intended recipient.
- Check the amount, currency, available balance, fees, exchange rate and any limits or warnings displayed.
- If sending a digital asset is offered, verify the exact asset, network, destination address and any required memo or tag. A similar asset name is not enough.
- Complete only the authorization steps you initiated and understand.
Pause if any detail is wrong or unclear. Do not rely on someone in a social message asking you to move money or reveal a security code.
After submission
Keep the transaction reference and follow its status in the app. Submitted or pending does not necessarily mean the recipient has received the funds. Avoid duplicate attempts while the outcome is unclear.
