Move or convert between your available fiat accounts and crypto wallets. The flow supports the offered fiat-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-fiat and crypto-to-crypto combinations.
Before you start
Identify both the source and destination account or wallet and check their currencies or assets.
Steps
- Open Payments and choose Between accounts. Alternatively, Convert on a currency account preselects the destination; Swap on a token page preselects the source.
- In Sending from, search for a fiat account or expand the intended crypto wallet and choose its asset/network.
- In Sending to, select the destination account or wallet asset/network. Check both sides and the direction before entering the amount.
- Enter an amount or choose Max. Review the available balance, quoted rate and equivalent amount.
- Use the unit-conversion control to enter the amount in source or destination units. Check the recalculated amount on the other side.
- Choose Continue. Review From, To, You send, Exchange rate, You receive, Fee and Arrives in.
- Use the Send slider after checking the review. On Success, check the received amount and destination; use Receipt, Track, Check details, Copy link or the private Internal note as needed.
Expected result
The Success result shows the received amount and destination. Confirm these against your intended transfer and inspect its record.
If something does not work
- Zero amounts disable Continue. Insufficient funds appears when the required source amount exceeds the balance; reduce the amount or choose a sufficient source.
- Entering a target amount in destination units can change how much is deducted from the source.
- Use only destinations and asset/network combinations offered by the selector.
- Changing display currency in Appearance does not make this conversion.
- If confirmation is interrupted or the destination amount does not appear as expected, inspect the existing transfer and both account records. Contact support before repeating it when the first result remains unclear.
