Find the intended Buburuza contact, choose the funding source and sending currency, and review the payment before using the Send control.
Before you start
Identify the intended Buburuza recipient and the funding source or sources for the transfer.
Steps
- Open Payments. Under Transfer to user, use Search name or phone or select the intended suggested contact.
- Check the recipient identity, then open Sending from to choose an offered fiat account or asset/network. Use Select many for the multiple-account route.
- Open Sending currency. Choose Fiat or Crypto and search for the currency or asset you intend to send.
- Enter the amount or use Max. Compare the available source balance or combined balance and the amount shown.
- Choose Continue when enabled. On Review, inspect From, To, Amount and the displayed Arrives in information.
- Use the Send slider after confirming the recipient and payment.
- Check the result. Use Check details, Receipt or Track for the record; the result also offers Attach, Copy link, a chat entry and a private Internal note.
Expected result
The result provides a payment record that can be inspected through its details, receipt or tracking actions.
If something does not work
- If contacts look similar, verify the intended person before sending.
- Insufficient funds is shown in red and Continue is disabled when the amount exceeds the selected balance. Reduce the amount or choose sufficient funding.
- Changing the source can change the available balance and conversion; review the sending currency and amount again.
- If the result is unclear, inspect the existing transaction before attempting another transfer.
