Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
International wire asks for destination-specific bank details, the recipient’s address and the payment purpose before you review currency, charges and the amount.
Before you start
Obtain the recipient’s destination-specific international wire instructions and the accurate payment purpose before preparing the transfer.
Steps
- Open Payments and choose Inter-wire or International wire. Select the funding account or wallet in Sending from.
- Enter or paste the SWIFT code and inspect the matching bank. Complete the account fields presented for that bank. The form may ask for IBAN, or for Account number and a local bank identifier such as IFSC.
- Choose Add recipient’s address. Complete Legal address, Country, City, State/Province/Region and Postal/ZIP code. Apt/Suite/Floor is optional. Check any address suggestion before selecting Add address.
- Add Recipient’s phone number if needed, using the correct country dial code. This field is optional in the form.
- Choose who will receive the funds, then describe what the payment is for. The list includes Employee, Contractor, Vendor, Landlord, Transferring to subsidiary and Other. If a Purpose code applies, search its description and select the appropriate offered code.
- Complete the optional memo, supporting documents, receipt email and internal note as needed, then Continue. Review attachment-sharing separately from storing an attachment.
- Choose the sending currency and enter the amount. Check source currency or asset, equivalent, and Recipient gets. Use the unit control to change the entry unit when offered.
- Review the destination bank and address, payment relationship/purpose, memo, files, email recipients, internal note and funding source.
- Compare Send as SHA and Send as OUR using the explanation shown. Review Pay fee with, the fee, the sender debit and recipient amount before using the Send slider.
- Check the result and open Check details or Track for the existing transfer. Keep the payment reference when requesting help.
What to expect
Inspect the existing transfer’s result and details after sending. Check its reference, recipient, amount and status; the reviewed quote is separate from the final transfer outcome.
If something does not work
- Bank fields can change after the SWIFT bank is selected. Complete the fields displayed for that destination rather than forcing an IBAN into an account-number field.
- An optional purpose code can be left empty when the required relationship and description are complete. If you enter a code, check that it accurately describes this payment.
- Recheck currency and amounts after switching source, sending currency or entry unit.
- If a bank identifier, amount or charge explanation is unclear, resolve it before authorizing the payment.
- If confirmation is interrupted or the outcome is unclear, check the existing transaction and balance before trying again. Contact Buburuza Support with the transaction reference and error message if you cannot establish the result; do not submit a duplicate payment.
