Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
A merchant subscription listed in recurring payments can require cancellation through that merchant’s app.
Before you start
Identify the subscription and merchant. You may need access to the merchant’s official app to complete cancellation.
Steps
- Open the merchant subscription from Recurring payments.
- Review its merchant, amount, frequency, payment method and history.
- Choose Cancel. If Go to the app appears, read the instruction that cancellation must be completed in the merchant’s app and choose Okay.
- Open the merchant’s official app and use its subscription-management process. Keep the merchant’s cancellation confirmation and check subsequent activity.
What to expect
Look for the merchant’s actual cancellation confirmation and check subsequent activity. Closing Buburuza’s Go to the app notice does not cancel the subscription.
If something does not work
- Dismissing Go to the app does not cancel the subscription.
- The merchant route differs from Yes, cancel on a Buburuza-managed payment schedule.
- The record’s End date can say Visit the app; do not infer an end date from it.
Still need help?
Contact Buburuza Support with the affected transaction or purchase reference, current status and error message. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing record before trying again. Never include full card details, passwords or verification codes.
