Before sending funds
- Open the receiving or deposit option available in your account.
- Check any activation, eligibility, amount or sender requirements displayed.
- Copy the receiving details carefully and include any required reference.
- If the app offers digital-asset deposits, confirm the supported asset and network and include any required memo or tag.
Do not send funds using unsupported methods or assume that details for one currency or network work for another. If the instructions are unavailable or unclear, contact support before transferring.
After the sender transfers
Keep the sender's transaction reference. Follow the deposit status and available balance in the app; a sender's confirmation does not by itself prove the funds are available in your account.
