Choose a long, unique password for Buburuza that you do not use for any other service. Follow the requirements shown on the password screen.
Good password habits
- Use a password manager to generate and securely store a unique password, or choose a long passphrase that is difficult to guess.
- Avoid names, birthdays, predictable patterns and passwords exposed in a previous breach.
- Keep your password private. Do not send it by email or social message.
- Protect the email account associated with Buburuza as well.
If you forget your password
Use the recovery option available on the official sign-in screen and follow the instructions shown. Do not use a reset link you did not request or disclose a recovery code to another person.
If recovery does not work, contact support with a description of the issue, without including your password or codes.
