The mobile app has an unlock step separate from the initial account sign-in. The screen may offer Face ID or ask for your app passcode.
Before you start
Use the device with the Buburuza app and the app passcode or device biometrics configured for it.
Steps
- Open the mobile app.
- Complete the biometric prompt when it is offered and you want to use it.
- If the app shows a passcode screen, enter your app passcode in the app.
- Once Home opens, confirm you are in the account you intend to use before viewing details or making a payment.
Expected result
Home opens for the intended account after the unlock check succeeds.
If something does not work
- If biometrics are unavailable, use the fallback displayed by the app.
- If you cannot remember the app passcode, follow the recovery option shown or contact support. Do not keep guessing if the app warns about failed attempts.
