Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app and web account; follow the platform labels in the steps.
Pending can refer to different stages. Read the explanation in the transaction timeline to see whether the transfer is still on a payment network, awaiting confirmation, or posting to your Buburuza account.
Before you start
Locate the existing payment before considering another submission.
Steps
- Open the existing transaction and read its Status timeline.
- For crypto, distinguish Awaiting confirmation from Awaiting account posting. The latter is shown after on-chain confirmation while the account posting is still pending.
- For a bank transfer, read the clearing or network-processing message and the arrival estimate specific to that record.
- Check for an account notice that requests information, verification, acceptance of updated terms, or a limit change.
- If the state is unclear, contact support with the transaction reference and current message. Check the existing payment before creating another one.
Expected result
The timeline or message identifies the payment’s current stage or outstanding action. If it remains unclear, provide that reference and message to support.
If something does not work
- A pending incoming transfer is not the same as available balance.
- An on-chain confirmation count alone does not establish that the transfer has posted to your account.
- An arrival estimate on a payment is not a blanket service guarantee for every payment.
