Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
The detail record identifies the payment, its status, the source of funds and any fee or recipient-amount breakdown. Read the actual status before choosing a follow-up action.
Before you start
Open the existing transaction rather than starting a new payment. Check its reference, account and counterparty.
Steps
- Open a record from Transactions. Check the date/time, counterparty, category, signed amount and Status.
- For a card payment, compare the masked card and Amount or Total sent. For a bank payment, inspect Sent with or Purchased with and the selected currency account.
- For ACH, inspect Transfer type, routing number, bank, account type, account number and recipient address. A payment funded from multiple accounts can list separate fiat and crypto debits.
- For crypto, check the asset, network and source address, Total sent, Fees, Paid from fee asset/network, Recipient gets and Transaction ID.
- If the status is In Process and Track is offered, open Track for the existing payment. If Failed or Declined states Insufficient funds, check the selected source and available balance. Confirm the existing transaction’s outcome before considering a new payment.
- Use Note according to the visibility description on that record. A personal-only note and a note visible to your team have different audiences. Review Excluded from analytics separately from payment status.
- Use the Statement, Receipt or Check details action offered on the record. Use Copy link where shown when you need a reference to the record.
What to expect
You should identify the record’s status, funding source, amount, fee and recipient information where available. Use the transaction’s status rather than a counterparty badge to determine its state.
If something does not work
- A green merchant or counterparty badge is not a substitute for the transaction’s Status.
- A failed record with Insufficient funds is not proof that the app will retry automatically.
- The same source token name can occur on different networks; check the network in the debit and fee rows.
- If you choose Dispute, follow the process presented for that transaction. Starting a dispute does not guarantee reversal.
Still need help?
Contact Buburuza Support with the affected transaction or purchase reference, current status and error message. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing record before trying again. Never include full card details, passwords or verification codes. For an existing transaction dispute, see how to get help with a transaction dispute.
