Statements are available from the Documents area shown in Settings. Choose the period and account carefully before downloading a record.
Before you start
Select the account and statement period you need before generating or downloading a document.
Steps
- Open Settings, then Documents, and choose the account on the web when the account selector is shown.
- In Statements, choose the month from the year-grouped list and use its download action.
- For a web statement covering another period, choose Custom date range.
- In Custom statement, confirm the account and select the start and end dates within the permitted range shown.
- Choose Download, then check the account and period on the resulting document.
- Use the stated UTC time base when comparing statement dates with other transaction displays.
Expected result
You can open the selected account statement and compare its dates using the time base stated on the document.
If something does not work
- If a period is missing, check that you selected the correct account and contact support about availability.
- If a statement date differs from a date shown elsewhere, check the time-zone information displayed.
