Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app and web account.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
Choose the report or letter that matches the information you need. Check the named account, reporting period, currency and issue date before relying on any document.
Before you start
Use reports and letters actually issued for your own account. A listed report type does not establish that the corresponding service is available to you.
Steps
- For a Statement, read each row’s Date, Description, Money Out, Money In and Balance. A description may identify a transfer, counterparty or masked card. Compare the reporting period with the transactions you want to check.
- For Trades, compare Unique ID, Time (UTC), Pair, Type, Price, Cost, Volume, Fee and Margin. For Ledgers, compare Unique ID, Time (UTC), Type, Asset, Wallet, Amount, Fee and Resulting Balance. Use the identifier to distinguish records with similar amounts.
- For a Portfolio report, check each currency or symbol, wallet, quantity, valuation price and total value, then the Total Account Balance. For an Account Statement, review the balances and Activity table separately; an empty section is different from a missing document.
- For Domestic Transfer Details, check the receiving bank’s routing number, name and address, and the beneficiary name, account number, account type and address. For International Wire Details, also check SWIFT/BIC, IBAN or account number, any intermediary bank and required Remittance Information.
- For a Profit / Earnings Report, check the reporting period and the account-by-account currency, opening date, closing date and profit or earnings entries. Keep the report with the records it summarizes.
- For a Blockchain Address Certificate, compare the account-holder identity, blockchain address, reference and date. For a Bank Letter or Bank Account Confirmation Letter, compare the account-holder details, account identifiers, account type, opening date and current status where included.
- For a Transfer Notice, check amount paid, transfer date, purpose, reference and payer/recipient details. For a Transfer Confirmation, also inspect amount received, creation date, status, fee and transfer method. Check the status explicitly before treating a transfer as completed.
- For an Account Closure Certificate, check the account, closure-effective date, final posted balance and disposition of remaining funds. Match it to the account’s closure record before using it as evidence.
What to expect
You should identify the document’s account, period, currency, issue date and relevant status. Check those fields against the underlying record before relying on a title such as confirmation or closure.
If something does not work
- Use the receiving instructions issued for your own account and chosen payment method. Do not replace them with details from another account’s document.
- Check UTC timestamps and currency labels when comparing reports. Ask support to investigate if the document’s account, currency, amount or period does not match the corresponding record.
- A report section or column does not by itself establish that a service is enabled on your account. Review the actual records and account options available to you.
- A notice, confirmation title or certificate is not a substitute for reading its status, dates and account details. If a required field or document is unavailable, ask support about that specific requirement.
- A profits report does not determine tax treatment or third-party acceptance. Check the requirements of the person or organization requesting the document.
