The web Documents area offers wire details separately from statements and bank letters.
Before you start
Select the account whose receiving wire instructions you need.
Steps
- Open Settings, then Documents.
- Choose the intended bank account.
- Under Account documents, choose Wire details.
- Download the available document.
- Review its current account and routing information before sharing it with a sender.
Expected result
The downloaded wire-details document contains the selected account’s current instructions for review before sharing.
If something does not work
- Select the intended receiving account; a statement or bank letter is not a substitute for the specific wire instructions.
- If the document is missing or the details differ from the Receive screen, contact support before sharing conflicting instructions.
