The Documents area includes a Bank letters section. Use the document available for the relevant account and check that it meets the recipient’s requirements.
Before you start
Choose the relevant account in Documents and identify whether you need a bank letter or wire instructions.
Steps
- Open Settings, then Documents, and select the relevant account when the selector appears.
- Open Bank letters. On the web this is listed under Account documents.
- Use the download action for the letter.
- Check the current account identity and document date. The web document area says account documents are generated with current account details.
- If you need receiving wire instructions instead of an account letter, choose the separate Wire details document on the web.
Expected result
The selected account’s available bank letter can be opened or downloaded. Wire details remain a separate document.
If something does not work
- If the letter you need is not listed, contact support and describe the purpose and required information.
- Do not edit a bank letter yourself to add unsupported account or institution details.
