Create a receiving link for the destination account you choose, with an optional amount and expiry, then share its link or QR code.
Before you start
Choose the receiving account and the request details and expiry offered in the link form.
Steps
- Open Payments and choose Share to open Share payment link.
- Enter or check the Title. Open Deposit to, search for the fiat account or expand the intended crypto wallet and choose its asset/network.
- If you want to request a fixed amount, enable Add amount and enter the amount in the unit shown. Otherwise leave the amount option off.
- If you want an expiry, enable Add expiry date and choose from the options currently offered. This layout offers 24 hours, 3 days and 7 days.
- Check the title, destination, optional amount and expiry together, then choose Create.
- On Link ready to share, review Amount to pay and Link validity time. Use the QR code, Send via email, Share or Copy link as needed.
- Copied to clipboard confirms that the link was copied. Check the receiving transaction and balance separately to confirm actual payment.
Expected result
Copied to clipboard confirms copying of the payment link. It does not confirm that a recipient has paid.
If something does not work
- Check Title and Deposit to independently so the description matches the intended receiving account.
- If a link no longer works, check its expiry before creating a replacement with current payment information.
- Creating, copying or sharing a link does not establish that the payer received it or paid.
- Use the address and QR generated for the receiving account you intend to use.
