Where to use this guide: Payment-link web page.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
A payment-link page shows the payee, request title, fixed amount and currency, and validity countdown. Review these details before choosing a payment method.
Before you start
Open a payment link you expected and verify the payee through a trusted channel if anything is unfamiliar. Enter payment details only on the payment page, never in a support message.
Steps
- Open the payment link and verify the payee, request title, fixed amount, currency, and validity information.
- Choose the payment method you intend to use. Use the instructions below for Credit/debit card, Bank transfer or Crypto when that method is available on the payment page.
- For a card payment, enter Card number, Cardholder name, Expiry date, and CVV. Complete Billing details: Address, City, ZIP code, and Country. Recheck the amount, then choose Pay.
- For a bank transfer, copy the required Account number, Account holder name, Routing number, Bank, and SWIFT code as applicable to the rail. Use Download PDF if you need a copy of the instructions, then initiate the transfer through your bank.
- For crypto, choose the exact coin and chain, review the displayed rate, and use the address or QR code. The page instructs sending precisely the shown amount in one transaction.
- After sending crypto, the page offers I've made the transfer. Treat that as a report that you sent it, not proof that it has been received.
- Use the back arrow to change method before making a payment. Keep the actual payment reference so the sender and recipient can reconcile it.
What to expect
Check the transaction record for the payment method you used and retain its reference. Copying bank instructions or choosing I’ve made the transfer does not confirm that the payee received the funds.
If something does not work
- Copying bank instructions or downloading a PDF does not send money.
- Choosing I've made the transfer does not establish on-chain receipt or settlement.
- If Apple Pay, Revolut Pay, PayPal, Paysafe Card or Skrill is offered, follow that method’s payment instructions and check the transaction outcome before paying again.
- If you cannot establish whether payment succeeded, check the payment method’s existing transaction before paying again.
Still need help?
Contact Buburuza Support with the affected transaction or purchase reference, current status and error message. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing record before trying again. Never include full card details, passwords or verification codes.
