Explore spending by period, category and merchant, then inspect the underlying transactions. Check filters and analytics exclusions before comparing totals.
Before you start
Choose the account and spending period you want to inspect in Transactions.
Steps
- Open Transactions and select the Spent overview to expand Spending.
- Choose the available period: 1W, 1M, 6M or 1Y. Check any account, wallet or currency filters as well.
- Switch between the donut and bar-chart controls to compare category proportions or activity over time.
- Select a bar to inspect its period total and colored category breakdown.
- Choose a category to drill into merchant-level amounts and the related transactions.
- Open a transaction for its source, amount and status. Review Excluded from analytics if it appears and you want to understand whether the record contributes to the view.
- Use X to close the expanded spending view and return to the transaction list.
Expected result
The spending view shows its selected charts, categories or merchant detail. Open underlying transactions when you need to verify an amount.
If something does not work
- Check the period, filters and exclusion setting when a total differs from your expectation.
- Category and analytics controls do not change the payment destination, amount or status.
- Use individual transaction records for details that the chart summary does not show.
