Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
The Home payment widget separates verification, sending and receipt. It appears on both Bank and Crypto Home.
Before you start
Use this guide when a payment-progress widget appears on mobile Home. Identify the existing payment by its amount, asset and destination.
Steps
- Find the payment widget below the overall balance and check its asset, destination, amount and fiat equivalent.
- Read the progress line: Verified means the first displayed stage is complete; Sent means the first two are complete; Received means all three are complete.
- If a stage is red, identify whether the label is Verification, Send or Receive.
- Open the widget’s details arrow and inspect the transaction’s status and reason before deciding what to do next.
- Keep the existing transaction reference when contacting support or checking the payment with its recipient.
What to expect
You should be able to identify the payment’s displayed progress stage and open its details. Read the actual transaction status before deciding whether it has completed.
If something does not work
- Sent does not mean the widget has reached Received.
- A verification failure, send failure and receive failure are separate states; do not diagnose all three as the same error.
- Do not resend solely because a stage is incomplete. Check the existing transaction details and contact Buburuza Support with the reference if its status is unclear.
Still need help?
Contact Buburuza Support with the affected transaction or purchase reference, current status and error message. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing record before trying again. Never include full card details, passwords or verification codes.
