Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
The payment-request recipient form separates legal identity and address from a nickname used only inside your account.
Before you start
Have the correct legal name and address for the person or business. An email address is needed when you choose email delivery.
Steps
- From Request payment, choose Create or Create recipient.
- Select Person or Business. Enter Recipient’s legal name for a person, or Recipient name for a business.
- Enter Email if you will need email delivery. Nickname is optional and is described as private to you.
- Choose Add recipient’s address. Enter Legal address, Country, City, State/Province/Region and Postal/ZIP code. Apt/Suite/Floor is optional.
- Choose Done and check the address summary. Use its edit pencil if a field needs correction.
- If Request tax documents is relevant, review that option before selecting it. It starts a separate document-request process.
- Choose Create when the required fields are complete. Find the recipient in the saved list by legal/display name and private nickname.
- Use the saved-list Search separately from the top Buburuza contact search. Open the intended recipient to continue the payment request.
What to expect
After Create, find the person or business in the saved-recipient list and check the legal name, nickname and address. Creating the recipient does not send a payment request by itself.
If something does not work
- A filled name without the required address still leaves Create disabled in the shown form.
- A nickname helps you recognize the recipient and is not visible to them.
- Swiping a saved-recipient row reveals X. Review any confirmation before removing the recipient and check the resulting list.
- Requesting a tax document is separate from receiving or validating it.
