Confirm your email address
- Check that your email address is entered correctly.
- Follow the verification instructions shown in the app and in the email you receive. Enter a code only in the official app or page where you started the process.
- If the message has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder. Use the resend option when it becomes available and follow any waiting period shown.
Confirm your phone number
If the app requests phone verification, check the country code and phone number, then follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure your phone has a signal and can receive SMS. Use the latest code requested and follow any expiry or retry message shown.
If verification does not work
If your contact details are incorrect, use the correction option shown in the app. If it is unavailable, or messages still do not arrive, contact support with a description of the issue and any error text. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
