Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
After identity verification succeeds, the mobile flow continues with address confirmation and a nickname.
Before you start
Continue only after the app shows verification success and asks for these remaining account details.
Steps
- Choose Continue from Verification success!.
- On Your address, use Search or the available location control to choose the address you intend to use for billing, mailing and delivery.
- On Double check your address, review Country of residence, State, City, Address line 1 and Address line 2. Correct the fields and choose Continue.
- On Create your nickname, enter the @-prefixed nickname that friends will use to find you, then choose Continue.
- Review the optional 2FA setup if offered.
- When the first-home Top up overlay appears, choose Top up to start funding or Close to view Home. The overlay itself does not add funds.
What to expect
Continue until the app accepts the requested address and nickname and shows the next setup step or Home. The Top up overlay offers a separate funding action and does not add money by itself.
If something does not work
- Address line 2 is a separate field; do not substitute a postal code unless the app specifically asks for it.
- If address or nickname entry is rejected, correct the information using the message shown. If you still cannot finish, contact Buburuza Support with the step and error text; do not enter inaccurate information to pass the form.
