Review the cost information available for a transaction before confirming it, then check its details after submission. The way a charge is displayed can depend on the payment method and service.
Before you confirm
- Read the fees, exchange rate, recipient amount and total debit shown for the transaction.
- Check whether an amount is an estimate and whether additional charges are disclosed.
- If the cost is unclear or the expected information is missing, pause and ask support before proceeding.
After submission
Open the transaction details and any available receipt or statement. Check the amounts and status together. A missing fee line or a pending transaction is not proof that the transaction is free or that every amount is final.
If a charge seems wrong
Contact support with the transaction reference and the fee you want explained. Describe the expected and displayed amounts without emailing full account statements or card details.
