Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app and web account; follow the platform labels in the steps.
A transaction detail page brings together payment information and supporting material. Use it to keep a note or locate a receipt when those actions are available.
Before you start
Open the transaction whose receipt, documents, notes or discussion you want to inspect.
Steps
- Open the transaction and inspect its amount, method, status, and details.
- Review the supplied description. An incoming bank transaction can show Bank description; an outgoing payment can show Recipient memo.
- Use Category and Manage on the web, or Add a category where offered on mobile, to organize the transaction.
- Add your own Notes separately from the original payment memo.
- In Attachments, choose a file or use the upload area. The web upload area lists images, PDFs, and spreadsheets and shows upload progress.
- For a payment initiated through Buburuza, inspect the Buburuza-generated receipt when that section appears.
- Use Comments for the transaction discussion on the web. Use the transaction-link control where it appears on mobile to reference the record.
Expected result
The selected transaction’s available materials or discussion are visible. Check the account’s actual access rules before sharing them.
If something does not work
- Changing a category, note, attachment, or comment does not amend the payment destination or amount.
- If an attachment is uploading, wait for its completed record before relying on it being attached.
- Keep a bank-supplied description, the recipient memo, and internal annotations distinct when explaining the transaction.
