Review and sign out other sessions – Buburuza Support

Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app and web account; follow the platform labels in the steps.

Review your active sessions or trusted devices when you no longer use a device or do not recognize a sign-in.

Before you start

Identify the session or sessions you want to end. Removing a passkey is a separate action.

Open Settings, then Active sessions.
Inspect the device/browser, location, and last-active information. Identify Current session or This device before acting.
On mobile, choose Terminate for the unwanted session, check the confirmation, and choose Yes, terminate.
On the web, choose the individual session’s sign-out action and confirm Sign out session.
To remove other active web sessions together, choose Sign out all other sessions, read the count, and confirm. The dialog says the current session stays signed in.
Check the list or completion notice. If you also want to remove a saved sign-in method, use Passkeys separately.

The session list or completion notice reflects the action. Review saved sign-in methods separately when needed.

Signing out a session does not remove its passkey. A device with an allowed passkey may be able to sign in again.
If you do not recognize a session, review the stored passkeys and use the official support route for an account-security issue.
