Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
The mobile Buy flow offers Buburuza funding sources and external payment methods. Review the asset amount, funding source and fees before authorizing the purchase.
Before you start
Choose the token and the funding method offered for your account. Check the actual method selected on the review.
Steps
- Open the token page and choose Buy. The Receive → Crypto → Buy route also leads to purchase funding.
- In Choose method, select an offered Buburuza account/card or external method. Select many is available for choosing multiple internal sources; check the combined balance.
- For an external card, select a saved masked card or New card. Enter Card number, Expiration date and CVV, choose whether to save it for future topups, and continue when enabled.
- Enter the amount with the keypad. Use the unit switch to review a fiat-denominated amount and its token equivalent, or a token amount and its fiat equivalent. Check the funding method after changing it.
- On Review, inspect Buy with, token Amount, Pay fee with, You pay and displayed fees. External routes also show Total.
- For the internal route, use the Buy slider after checking the quote. For Apple Pay, choose Continue to Apple pay. Other external routes use Continue to reach the actual payment service.
- Check In Progress or Success for the existing purchase. In Progress says crypto is being sent to your account; use Track or Check details. Success also offers Attach, Receipt, a private Note and Copy link.
Expected result
The purchase shows In Progress or Success. Inspect the existing purchase through Track or Check details before considering another submission.
If something does not work
- Zero amounts leave Continue disabled. Check the entered amount and its unit.
- Use an enabled payment method offered to you. If PayPal, Revolut, Paysafe, Skrill or another method is labelled Coming soon, it is unavailable in that chooser.
- If the funding source or quote differs from what you intended, go back before authorizing.
- If the purchase remains In Progress, inspect that purchase before making another.
- If a payment was authorized but the purchase result is unclear, contact support with the purchase reference before making another purchase. Do not send full card details or security codes.
