Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
The wallet selector separates each wallet’s balances, settings and backup status. Token visibility is managed separately from wallet removal.
Before you start
Select the wallet you intend to manage. Before removal, check the recovery information and consequences for that wallet.
Steps
- On Crypto Home, open the selected-wallet dropdown to view My wallets.
- Choose a wallet to inspect its balance, or use the gear beside that wallet to open Settings.
- In Settings, choose an icon or edit Name. Use Save changes and check Saved.
- Review Backup to iCloud and Backup manually separately. Each shows its own Not set or Active state.
- From the crypto token list, choose Manage crypto. Search for the intended asset/network and change its display toggle.
- To add a wallet, return to My wallets and choose Create new wallet or Add existing wallet. Choose the appropriate wallet method.
- Before removing a wallet, verify that you can access the recovery method for that exact wallet. Open Delete wallet from its Settings and read Back up your seed phrase. Use Backup to iCloud or Backup manually if a backup is still needed. Proceed anyway skips that backup step; do not choose it while your ability to recover the wallet is uncertain.
- Only if you intend to continue with removal after checking recovery, enter your app passcode when Enter passcode appears. Check the Wallet deleted result and the remaining wallet list.
Expected result
Review the wallet list after changes. A Wallet deleted result concerns the selected wallet; do not infer asset destruction or a recovery guarantee.
If something does not work
- A wallet with No tokens yet can still exist; the empty state offers Manage and Buy.
- Hiding a token does not sell it, transfer it or remove it from the blockchain.
- Before removing a wallet, verify the recovery method for that exact wallet. Wallet removal and deleting an iCloud backup are different operations.
- Swift wallet passkeys and ordinary secret-phrase wallets use different recovery concepts. Do not treat account-login passkeys as a substitute for a wallet backup.
- If Passcode is incorrect appears, check that you are using the app passcode. Follow the current screen’s remaining-attempt guidance; do not guess repeatedly.
- If you need help with wallet recovery, describe the problem without sharing the secret phrase, private key, backup password or app passcode.
