Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
The swap flow lets you choose source and destination assets and networks, enter an amount, and review the quote and fees before confirmation.
Before you start
Use Swap only when it is offered for your account. Identify both assets and their networks before entering an amount.
Steps
- Open Swap and check the source asset and network and the destination asset and network.
- Enter the source amount or choose 25%, 50%, or Max. Check the direction; use the reverse-direction control if you intend to swap the opposite way.
- Review the expected destination amount, displayed exchange rate, and Network fee, then choose Next.
- On review, check both amounts, both assets and networks, Network fee, Provider fee, and Minimum Received.
- Open View details when you need the additional fee information shown by the interface.
- Choose Confirm Swap only when the reviewed terms match your intended swap.
What to expect
Before confirmation, the review should show the source and destination assets and networks, amounts, fees and Minimum Received. After confirming, inspect the existing transaction for its actual outcome; the quote alone is not a completed swap.
If something does not work
- Minimum Received is a separate value from the expected quote; review both before confirming.
- Use Back or close to leave the amount-entry or review screen before confirming. After confirmation, inspect the transaction’s status before taking further action.
- If the outcome is unclear, check the existing transaction and contact Buburuza Support with its reference and any error message. Do not submit another swap while you are unsure whether the first one completed.
Still need help?
Contact Buburuza Support with the affected transaction or purchase reference, current status and error message. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing record before trying again. Never include full card details, passwords or verification codes.
