Airport services lets you find a lounge for your airport, read its access rules, and open the pass offered for your account.
Before you start
Choose the airport and lounge you plan to visit and review its current access requirements.
Steps
- Open Airport services from Home and choose Explore for an airport, or use the airport search by name or code.
- Select Lounge and open the venue you intend to visit. Check its airport, terminal, gate and airside location.
- Read the displayed operating hours, amenities, access rules, transport restrictions, booking and cancellation conditions. Rules can differ by service.
- Choose Access lounge when it is offered. Check the membership/pass details and the guiding address shown for that venue.
- Follow the access instructions: go to the lounge, display the required pass, and show a same-day boarding pass when the selected venue requires it.
Expected result
You have the selected lounge’s location and access instructions. Entry depends on that venue’s applicable requirements and available service.
If something does not work
- A lounge listing does not by itself confirm that the venue is open, has capacity or accepts your current entitlement. Check the current access conditions.
- Check the price, child-age rules, maximum stay and cancellation cutoff for the particular lounge you plan to visit.
- If a pass is rejected or access instructions are unclear, seek help from the service provider or support using your booking reference.
