Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
The airport membership pass identifies your membership and shows separate cardholder and guest visit information. Check it alongside the selected service’s access rules.
Before you start
Open the membership pass for your account and check the current venue rules. Confirm cardholder and guest allowances separately before planning entry.
Steps
- Open Airport services and choose Show Buburuza pass or the membership-pass action shown for the selected lounge.
- Check the membership QR, pass number and valid-until date. Read the lounge and fast-track counters for the cardholder and guests separately.
- If the pass offers Refresh, use it when you need to refresh the displayed membership QR. Present the current QR at lounge reception according to the venue’s instructions.
- Before bringing a guest, read the guest allowance and visit-use wording. Where the pass states that each guest uses one lounge visit allocation, check the remaining visits before entry.
- For a booked fast-track visit, open the booking’s own QR and gate instructions. The general membership QR and a specific booking pass serve different purposes.
What to expect
You should identify the current membership pass and the applicable cardholder and guest allowances. Verify the venue’s entry conditions separately; a displayed QR does not guarantee entry.
If something does not work
- If Refresh does not produce a usable pass, check the membership details and ask support for help before assuming entry is available.
- Check the current validity and allowance counters; do not assume lounge and fast-track or cardholder and guest allowances are interchangeable.
- Presenting a membership QR does not guarantee lounge capacity or entry. Check the venue’s current access conditions.
