Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Multi-signature settings let you configure an amount and a trusted person who can approve or deny transactions. The setup screen describes the control across fiat accounts, crypto accounts, and cards.
Before you start
Choose the card or account and the intended trusted person for the approval configuration.
Steps
- Open Multi-sig from the relevant mobile card or account controls.
- In Multi-signature settings, choose Set up amount, enter the amount on the keypad, and choose Next.
- Choose Add trusted person. On Select a person, search by name or phone, choose the intended person, then choose Next.
- Review the amount, currency, and trusted person. Use Change if the person is wrong, then choose Set up.
- Check the card-home confirmation that multi-signature is enabled.
- In the configured settings, inspect the enabled toggle, Amount and currency, and Trusted person.
- Use Change for the trusted person or Edit for the setup when you need to amend it. Review the resulting values.
- Use the enabled toggle to change whether the configuration is active, or Delete multi-signature to begin removing it. Read any subsequent confirmation before completing the change.
Expected result
Review the saved configuration and enabled state. Configuration is separate from the sender and reviewer actions on an individual payment.
If something does not work
- Setting a trusted person does not mean a particular pending payment has been approved; inspect that payment separately.
- A configured, enabled, disabled, edited, or deleted setup is a different state from an individual approval request.
- Choose the approval amount deliberately and read any deadline shown for a particular signature request.
