Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
Active loans and Settled loans distinguish current debt from a loan that has been repaid in full. A successful payment can leave a loan active if a balance remains.
Before you start
Open the intended account’s Flexible loan area. Identify the loan by its borrowed asset and record rather than a similar amount alone.
Steps
- Open Flexible loan and choose Active loans or Settled loans.
- In Active loans, check the asset, outstanding amount and current-LTV state, then open the loan.
- Use Loan details to review the loan amount, average/latest APR, estimated daily interest, collateral value and LTV metrics.
- Switch to Collateral to inspect pledged assets and their total value.
- After a repayment, check the remaining loan amount. A residual amount with a Repay action means the loan is still active.
- After full repayment, look for the repaid-and-closed result and the entry in Settled loans. A collateral repayment entry identifies Repaid with collateral and its timestamp.
What to expect
You should be able to distinguish the loan’s current debt and collateral metrics from a settled, fully repaid record. A repayment-success message alone does not establish closure.
If something does not work
- No active loans and No settled loans yet are separate empty states.
- An outstanding amount can remain after choosing Max when the available repayment balance is smaller than the debt.
- Loan approved, Repayment successful and Loan closed describe different stages.
