Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
Personal Multi-signature defines your amount trigger and trusted person. Co-signing shows who has selected you as a trusted person.
Before you start
Distinguish your own protected transactions from the transactions you may approve for another person.
Steps
- Open Profile, then Privacy & security and Multi-signature. Enter your app passcode when requested.
- On Personal, check whether Multi-sig is enabled, the Amount and currency, and the Trusted person.
- Use Change beside the trusted person or Edit to begin changing the setup. Review the resulting values before accepting any change.
- Open Co-signing to review the listed co-signees and amounts.
- Review Accept multi-sig co-sign if you want to control whether other users can select you as a co-signer.
- Delete multi-signature is a separate entry. Read its actual confirmation before proceeding.
What to expect
You should be able to distinguish your personal Multi-sig settings from the list of people for whom you can co-sign. Recheck saved settings after changes; these lists are not individual payment approvals.
If something does not work
- The co-signing list is not an approval request for an individual payment.
- A disabled personal setup and declining to be selected as someone else’s co-signer are different controls.
- Do not assume a settings change cancels or approves an existing pending transaction.
