Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
If another user selected you as their trusted person, review the requested transfer and make a separate approval decision.
Before you start
Approve only a request you recognize and understand. Check the sender, recipient, amount and source of funds before signing.
Steps
- Open the Transfer request and check the sender, From, To and Amount.
- To approve, choose Review and sign. Enter your six-digit app passcode when requested.
- On Review, inspect the selected sources, recipient, amount, fee-paying account and arrival information.
- Use the Sign slider if you intend to approve. Check Transaction approved, then choose Done.
- If you do not approve the request, use Decline on the request. Check Transaction declined and choose Done.
What to expect
Check Transaction approved or Transaction declined for the intended request. Approval lets the sender proceed; it does not prove that the sender submitted or completed the payment.
If something does not work
- Transaction approved means you signed the request; the sender can now process the transfer. It does not itself prove the sender submitted or completed payment.
- Check the sender and recipient carefully even if the request was expected.
- If you decline, the result says the sender cannot process that transfer. Do not treat the declined request as pending approval.
