The secure verification flow in the Buburuza app shows which documents are accepted for your application. Use that list: accepted document types and additional requirements can vary.
Prepare your document
- Choose an accepted, valid document that belongs to you.
- Check that the details match your profile.
- Follow the capture instructions. Keep the image clear, readable and free of glare, with all requested edges or pages visible.
- Do not alter the document or cover information the verification flow requests.
Complete any camera check securely
If the verification flow requests a selfie or liveness check, follow its on-screen instructions in good lighting. Submit it only through the secure flow you opened from the app.
If your document is not accepted
Check the available document choices and any error message. Do not substitute someone else's document. See what to do if verification was rejected.
If you need help, contact support with a brief description and any error text. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, selfies or financial documents by email or social message. If documents are needed, wait for a confirmed secure verification or upload method.
