Steps
- Open Accounts & wallets on mobile or Accounts on the web.
- Choose the bank account that should receive the money.
- Open its account details or receiving details.
- Check the account holder, bank details, and the transfer method shown.
- Use the available copy or share control to pass the receiving instructions to the sender.
Expected result
You have the details shown for that account and can use its copy or share control. Finding details does not confirm that a transfer has arrived.
If something does not work
- If details are unavailable, check whether verification is still outstanding.
- Do not reuse details from a different account or assume domestic and international instructions are interchangeable.
