Use the account switcher to choose the profile you want to work in. Your profile list can include business, personal, or family accounts; the choices shown in your account depend on what you have access to.
Before you start
Use this guide when the profile switcher is available to you and more than one account profile is listed.
Steps
- Open the current account or profile name from the home screen.
- Choose the account you want from the list.
- Wait for the switch to complete.
- Check the displayed account name and balances before starting a transfer, opening documents, or changing settings.
Expected result
The selected profile name and its balances are displayed. Check this context before starting a payment or changing settings.
If something does not work
- If an expected account is missing, confirm that you signed in with the correct identity and contact support about access.
- Switching profiles does not transfer money between them.
