Where to use this guide
Buburuza mobile and web accounts and wallets. Available currencies, networks and actions depend on the account you are viewing.
Before you start
Check the selected account or wallet before using its balances or receiving details. Use only currencies, networks and actions offered for that account.
The Buburuza app shows the accounts or wallets and currencies available to you. Check the specific wallet and currency whenever you receive, send or review funds.
Understand the balance
Read any distinction the app makes between total, pending and available amounts. A pending transaction should not be treated as money available to spend or withdraw.
Find the account, asset and network
Bank accounts carry an account currency. Crypto holdings also have an asset and a network. In the combined Accounts view, a token can appear as an aggregate with a separate balance for each network.
- Open Accounts & wallets on mobile, or the relevant Accounts or Wallets view on the web.
- For a bank account, check its account name, currency, and masked account ending.
- For a crypto holding, open the token or wallet and inspect the network rows. The combined web view shows a network count before you open those rows.
- Read the asset quantity separately from its displayed currency equivalent.
- Select the relevant network before using Send or Receive, then inspect the address and next-screen instructions.
- Use the account or wallet activity list to inspect payments for the selected holding.
Check the currency and method
- Use the receiving instructions for the exact wallet and currency.
- Do not assume funds are converted automatically when sent in another currency.
- Where digital assets are available, check both the asset and the supported network, plus any required memo or tag.
- Read the rate, charges and resulting amounts before confirming a conversion or transfer.
A token on one network is not automatically interchangeable with the same token name on another network.
If a wallet is unavailable
Read its status and any requested next step. Do not send funds to inactive or unclear receiving details. Contact support with the wallet or currency involved and the error description, without sharing passwords, private keys or security codes.

Expected result
You should be able to identify the selected account or wallet, its currency or asset/network, and the relevant balance and activity. Viewing them does not convert funds or initiate a payment.
