Understand the balance
Read any distinction the app makes between total, pending and available amounts. A pending transaction should not be treated as money available to spend or withdraw.
Check the currency and method
- Use the receiving instructions for the exact wallet and currency.
- Do not assume funds are converted automatically when sent in another currency.
- Where digital assets are available, check both the asset and the supported network, plus any required memo or tag.
- Read the rate, charges and resulting amounts before confirming a conversion or transfer.
If a wallet is unavailable
Read its status and any requested next step. Do not send funds to inactive or unclear receiving details. Contact support with the wallet or currency involved and the error description, without sharing passwords, private keys or security codes.
