Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
Mobile Home has separate Bank, Crypto and Buburuza views, while the bottom navigation leads to Home, Payments, Chats and Profile.
Before you start
Sign in to the intended mobile account. The views and service tiles available depend on the options offered for that account.
Steps
- Use Bank, Crypto or Buburuza at the top to choose the overview you need.
- In Bank, inspect the total balance, then use Send, Receive or Docs. Transactions and All accounts open the corresponding account views.
- Browse the card carousel to open a card’s Details. An empty card position offers Issue a virtual card or Issue a physical card.
- In Crypto, check the selected wallet using the wallet dropdown. Use My wallets to switch wallet or begin adding one.
- Use Favorites, Top Gainers, New or Search to find a token. Manage crypto controls the token/network entries displayed.
- Use Send, Receive and Swap from Crypto Home, or open a token for its balance and activity.
- In Buburuza, inspect the displayed BUB balance, Available for Staking and Staked tokens before opening the staking actions.
- Scroll to Services for FX rate, Concierge, Airport services or eSIM. Pro and referral entries appear separately from these services.
What to expect
You should reach the intended Bank, Crypto or Buburuza view and identify the selected account or wallet. A service tile starts its own flow and does not confirm activation or purchase.
If something does not work
- The selected view, wallet and network affect the balances you are reading; an overall value is not the balance of every individual account.
- Zero balance and an unissued card are separate empty states.
- Service and card-issuance tiles are starting points. Check the task-specific guide for the actual setup or purchase flow.
