Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
Use account names, currencies and wallet-network labels to find the intended balance. Visibility controls change the list you see; they are separate from closing an account.
Before you start
Sign in to the intended account and identify the currency account or crypto wallet you want to display or rename.
Steps
- Open All accounts & wallets and use Search or the fiat-account carousel to locate the account.
- For crypto, expand the wallet and compare both asset and network. The same token symbol can appear on more than one network.
- Open a currency account to see its balance, Top up, Convert, Send and activity.
- Use Customize to choose an icon or edit the name, then Save.
- In the Fiat management list, use Search to find a currency and change its visibility toggle as intended.
- Open Transaction history from the account to review account-filtered activity, then use the available search and filters to narrow the records.
What to expect
Check that the intended name, icon and visibility are reflected in the account list. Display changes do not close an account or change its transaction status.
If something does not work
- Changing account visibility only changes what you see in the list. Use the separate account-closure process if you intend to close an account.
- An empty activity list can mean there have been no transactions in the selected account.
- Display currency, account currency and a crypto asset’s network identify different things. Check the destination before using Send or Receive.
