Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app.
Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
The Report a problem form lets you describe the affected area and add supporting images or PDFs.
Before you start
Note the affected feature, what you tried and the error text. Prepare only a relevant screenshot or file with unnecessary private information removed.
Steps
- Open Profile, then Help and Report a problem.
- Choose Section: Account, Home, Payments, Chats or Other.
- Describe the issue in What happened? Include what you were doing and what appeared on screen.
- If a supporting file is useful, choose Add in Attachments, then Upload from photo library or Choose from files. Check the allowed formats and size limit displayed on the form. If it lists .png, .pdf and .jpeg with a 5 MB limit, use a file within those requirements.
- Review attached filenames and sizes. Use the attachment menu’s Edit or Delete control if needed.
- Choose Send when enabled and look for Report is sent.
What to expect
Check Report is sent after submitting. If the confirmation is absent, check for an existing report before sending another one.
If something does not work
- Send is disabled in the empty form. Check the section and description before submitting.
- If an attachment cannot be added, check the listed file type and size requirements.
- Do not include passwords, one-time codes, PINs, private keys, recovery phrases or full payment-card details. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots. For identity or financial documents, wait for a confirmed secure verification or upload method.
- If Send fails or no sent confirmation appears, check for an existing report before submitting again. Use the Help Center’s contact route if the app cannot send the report.
