Report the concern
Open the support request form and choose Fraud Report, or email support@buburuza.com. You can also call +1 (855) 510-1222.
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Miami time (Eastern). You can submit a request at any time; requests received outside these hours are reviewed when support reopens.
What to tell us
- What happened and when you noticed it.
- The transaction date, amount and reference, if relevant.
- Whether you can still access your account.
Protect your account
Stop engaging with anyone asking for your password, verification codes or a payment to unlock or recover your account. Use the official Buburuza app or website to access your account. Read Keeping your Buburuza account safe for more guidance.
Protect your information
Do not send identity documents, selfies, proof of address, full card or bank details, passwords, recovery codes or one-time codes by email or with your initial support request. If documents are needed, wait for a confirmed secure verification or upload method.
