View a card and its linked account – Buburuza Support

Where to use this guide: Buburuza mobile app and web account; follow the platform labels in the steps.

Open the card you intend to use before viewing details or changing controls. Mobile and web card pages organize some actions differently.

Before you start

Identify the correct card using its name, cardholder and masked ending. Shared-card controls depend on your permissions.

On mobile, open All cards and choose Personal or Shared. Find the card in Virtual cards or Physical cards using its name, masked ending and balance. On the web, select it from the Cards list using its name, cardholder and masked ending.
Check the card name, masked number, balance or linked account, and current state.
On mobile, choose Details to reveal the number, expiry, security code, and billing-address fields. On the web, choose Show details.
Use copy controls only when you need to enter the information into a trusted payment form. Close the mobile panel or use Hide details on the web when finished.
On mobile, the card summary includes Transaction history, Spending limits, Shared access, Multi-sig, and Settings. It also offers Add to Apple Wallet, Top up, Withdraw, and View PIN.
In mobile Settings, inspect Deposit type, Currency, Online transactions, International payments, Contactless card payments, and Cash withdrawal. Open the specific control you intend to use.
On the web, inspect the cardholder, linked account, billing details, spending limit, and Freeze or Unfreeze control.

You are viewing the selected card’s details, funding information and available controls.

Do not send full card details, security codes, PINs, or screenshots of revealed details to support.
A mobile Terminate card action is separate from the web Freeze card control; do not use the terms interchangeably.
